We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our thriving company. Initially, we will pair our new Customer Service Representative with a team of elite Client Account Managers to ensure proper customer service training and product knowledge is provided to guarantee a successful opportunity with our firm. The Customer Service Representative will provide support and guidance to our potential new leads and our clientele by answering product questions and handling customer objections with thoughtfulness and care. The Customer Service Representative is a front-line position and is essential to the growth and development of our client’s brand throughout the Philadelphia region.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Communicate with potential new leads directly on a day-to-day basis
* Meet with prospective customers and explain the most suitable promotional package our client has that fits their needs
* Attend regular customer acquisition and sales training to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the client
* Work in a collaborative and engaging team environment of other customer service representatives to create optimal success for the client
* Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and potential new leads by providing timely and professional service
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a retail environment would be an asset for this role
* Entrepreneurial mind-set with a professional demeanor are key components for success in this role
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as the capability to work within a team or individually
