However, your role is more than just sales—it's about creating an exceptional customer journey, providing expert insight, advice and educating on renewable energy solutions; helping customers take the first step towards a greener, energy-efficient living. What you’ll do : We’re looking for confident and empathetic advisors to form a brand-new team. The roles require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of renewable energy products (which you’ll be trained on), a target - driven approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. You’ll enjoy working with and following a clear, consistent sales process to deliver results. Become a specialist in energy solutions, educating, influencing and guiding customers with professionalism and insight. Be making calls to warm inbound leads generated by customers researching their options online and requesting contact - no cold calling involved. Conducting initial discovery calls to clarify and understand customers individual needs and making a home appointment for the wider Sales Teams. Provide weekly reports on your own activities, tracking performance against targets and KPIs. Identify and feedback ideas to continually improve customer solutions and processes. Work closely with the wider sales team to collaborate and develop a seamless customer experience. What we’re looking for: Strong proven experience in a Customer Service Role ideally gained in a contact centre (this may or may not be in the renewable energy industry). The ability to actively listen to customer needs, applying strong fact-finding skills to ensure a robust, professional and accurate qualification process. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain processes in a patient, empathetic, consultative and straightforward way. Able to communicate in writing effectively and quickly to the sales team. Motivated by working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy solving problems and improving service solutions. A pro-active 'can do’ attitude to get things done and deliver. Confidence in making outbound calls and converting leads to home appointments. Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Someone who works well individually and as part of a professional team. Comfortable using a headset, computer, keyboard and different IT systems such as google maps and CRM databases The start date for these roles will be mid-May (tbc) and your full attendance is needed for the initial 2 weeks training programme without taking any holidays during this period. Training will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will then be working 40 hours per week, between Monday - Friday8am - 7 pm on a rota basis with 1 in 4 Saturdays until 3pm.
