Account Support Executive

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Corporate Team based at our Dealership is looking to recruit a new Account Support Executive.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Account Support Executive vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role.
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Account Support Executive position involves:
Main Purpose of the Job :
1. To deliver a first class and prompt support and administrative service to the Corporate Hub.
2. Help develop relationships with purchasers from current Corporate customers.
3. Aid all LBDM’s, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers in carrying out their duties.
4. Be a key point of contact for all group Corporate customers.
5. Construct quotes according to the negotiated terms.
6. Maintain the Corporate customer database.
7. Manage customer demonstration bookings.
8. Order and locate vehicles to satisfy sold orders.
9. Advise the Corporate Hub Manager of any discrepancies or other problems encountered
10. Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner.
11. Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety and Company Policy.
12. Agree profit on deals before month end closure.
13. Control and track vehicle debtors.
14. Initiate and maintain vehicle deal file.
About our requirements
We expect our new Account Support Executive to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
15. Customer awareness.
16. Negotiation and communication skills.
17. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
18. Full driving license
19. VWG experience beneficial but not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: Basic between £27,000-30,000
