Package: up to £27,000 Depending on experience Holidays : 25 days & bank holidays Location: Liverpool - Hybrid working Benefits : Enhanced benefits package Main Responsibilities to include: Review e-mail daily and answer within 24 hours. Verify that all information on shipping instructions matches information in booking Resolve discrepancies that arise from differences in the booking and on the shipping instructions with customer service to ensure that an accurate bill of lading is processed Work with customers to obtain information regarding shipping instructions and ensure all information needed to process documents is available. Input all relevant bill of lading information into system timely and accurately. All other documentation related functions as assigned by Manager/Supervisor. The Ideal Candidate: Educated to GCSE or equivalent Advanced knowledge of Shipping Documentation procedures Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written Analytical/logical Methodical/thorough Work as part of a team or independently Time Management/Working under pressure Computer literacy
