Job Title: Hub Manager Reporting to: Nottingham General Manager Salary: £DOE Location: Nottingham Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager this role is to provide quality management for the Hub on a nightly basis, to ensure all aspects of the operation are maintained in line with procedures. Ensuring all internal and external customers SLAs are met, along with all Key Performance Indicator Targets, whilst maintaining control on the direct costs and staffing levels.
