The Role:
As a Team Leader in the Audit Services Team, you’ll oversee audit work while supporting junior staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting managers and directors with audit planning and risk assessments.
* Ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget.
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members, both in the office and on-site.
* Communicating with clients throughout the audit process.
* Helping train ACA students and contributing to staff reviews.

What You’ll Need:
* Recently qualified with an ACA qualification
* Excellent technical skills with varied statutory audit and accounts preparation experience.
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of FRS 102 & ISAs (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team-oriented approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Ability to delegate and supervise junior staff.
* Ability to work under pressure to high standards.
* Proficiency in IT and adaptability to technological changes.
