ECommerce Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Hectic People are looking for an eCommerce Specialist on behalf of vvast, to join their central Bristol office, on a full-time, permanent basis, who shares their passion for their business, eCommerce and the brands that they work with.

About the role- eCommerce Specialist
Working closely with our eCommerce Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all on-site content and emails are managed in accordance with the trade plan. You will also support and manage the implementation of any new site functionality. There is the opportunity to grow and develop within the business in this role.
The main responsibilities for the eCommerce Specialist role include but are not limited to:
1. Working with the eCommerce Lead to optimise and implement the trade plan for each brand you work on
2. Executing marketing emails, including segmentation, updating onsite assets, building and scheduling onsite promotions, ad hoc site updates
3. Ensuring all assets and translations needed for the trade plan are available
4. Overseeing and/or running all product launches
5. Working closely across the business and external stakeholders including directly with brands
6. Mentoring junior team members and managing their daily workflow
7. Reporting on KPIs such as onsite, product performance and email and SMS channel performance
8. Being an on-site guardian to ensure all content on-site is correct, including email flows

The ideal eCommerce Specialist will have previous eCommerce experience in marketing emails, updating onsite assets, onsite promotions and keeping content sections up to date. Experience working with project management software, Shopify, Klaviyo and Photoshop would be desirable. This role will be front facing communicating and presenting regularly with our brands on progress. Being passionate about vvast values and the brands that they work with is a must! Perhaps you might have experience as an eCommerce Executive, Senior eCommerce Executive, eCommerce Manager, Digital Marketing Executive or similar.
