Deputy Mail Order Customer Service and Operations Manager
Knowing what 5 star customer service looks like, and how to deliver it through a team is the essence of this role.
The organisation is a luxury retailer who have seen significant growth in their ecommerce and mail order business since 2021. Their customer base covers a broad geographic to demographic. There are regular loyal customers worldwide, and customers who appreciate the first class service and high quality products, and are looking for the same seamless service when ordering online, over the phone and even who write in.
This role will be overseeing their Customer Service and Mail Order Team.
This is a high achieving team of 40, and as this function continues to grow it’s imperative that the level of service is match and exceeded.
You will have experience of providing high-end customer service both physically and digitally. Will thrive on managing and developing teams.
Working across different functions such as CS, Mail order and ecommerce, warehouse and stock management, you will have first class communication and organisational skills.
The role is based at their site in Ballinluig.
Salary £45,000 plus benefits.
