The prison islocated in the centre of Cardiff, with good transport links.You will be based within the Pharmacy department at HMP Cardiff and will work with the multidisciplinary team to be involved in the development and implementation of new pharmaceuticalservices to prisoners. You will be responsible for providing a clinical pharmacy service to the prison,ensuring high quality, safe and effective use of medicines. You will have an opportunity to make adifference to the men who present with a wide range of chronic mental and physical healthproblems, including substance misuse. Main duties of the job The post holder will ensure that the pharmaceutical care of patients are met and that medicines management standards are upheld.
