Although rightly proud of our school and its successes, we are ambitious for it to be even better and therefore Governors have begun the process to academise and are awaiting approval from the DfE. In addition to leading the school on a day-to-day basis, the successful applicant will have the motivation, enthusiasm, resilience, and professionalism to take Exhall Junior School through the academisation process. This position would suit an experienced school leader or an already serving Headteacher. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
