Chef Supervisor (Lewes): Full time, 37 hours/week, permanent contract, circa £23,700/year.
We are a people-centric, values-driven Further Education College with 1300 colleagues and 5500 students. Our broad curriculum includes A Levels, T-levels, work-based programs, HE and adult courses.
The college refectories are busy catering operations offering food service to students, staff, and visitors. As a Chef Supervisor, you will work in a multi-site refectory team, responsible for:
* Preparing and serving meals and beverages to customers.
* Maintaining clean and tidy kitchen and service areas.
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
* Leading a small team, supporting with cashing up and banking.
