Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities. Work collaboratively with business managers and the marketing team to communicate our organisation’s message in a way that will demonstrate our strengths and increase referrals. Collaborate closely with healthcare facilities, ICB /CCG commissioners, property companies and community partners Prepare and deliver business development presentations to stakeholders and potential partners. Key Responsibilities Driving business growth and increasing market share, with a focus on building relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Develop innovative solutions to establish and improve strategic partnership working within the sector Analysing market trends, researching competitor activities, and leveraging insights to assist with business growth. Play a critical role in positioning our group as a North West leader in the health and social care sector. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management or health related subject. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in health or social care. Proven track record of driving business and revenue growth and achieving targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders and potential partners. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledgeable about health and social care regulations.
