We are currently seeking a Chief Commercial Office (CCO) to join a motorsport and high-performance automotive engineering consultancy customer of ours in Northamptonshire.
Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for developing and driving the company’s commercial strategy including global sales, marketing, customer relationships, and business development activities.
The CCO ensures the company’s products and services align with market demands, fosters long-term customer partnerships, and achieves revenue growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Extensive experience in commercial or business leadership roles, preferably within the automotive engineering or manufacturing sector.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving business objectives, and executing effective sales strategies.
* Strong understanding of automotive industry trends.
* Familiarity with regulatory landscapes and market dynamics in the automotive sector.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
* Expertise in building and managing strong brands that resonate with target markets.
* Skilled in persuading and aligning stakeholders with the company’s vision.
* Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and advocacy.
* Skilled in gathering and leveraging customer insights to refine product and service offerings.
* Ability to leverage data analytics tools and CRM systems to assess market trends and performance.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
* Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance commercial operations and customer engagement.
