The part time post will be proportional to the above. We are looking for members of staff who are able to work on their own initiative and have the following skills: • the ability to work as part of a wider team • clear communication with pupils, parent/carers and colleagues • the ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging sessions for pupils following the bespoke Cherry Oak curriculum • the desire to take ownership of tasks and direct colleagues effectively • GCSEs or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Maths • A Level 3 TA qualification This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).
