* Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, enhancing the overall profitability of the gym.
* Manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend effectively.
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
* Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered consistently to the highest level.
* Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate.
* Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym. Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
* Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily.
* Report facilities & maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
* Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions.
* Effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations.
* Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, whether on shift or not.
