Your Role
We are hiring a Requirements Assistant following an internal promotion. In this administrative role, you'll be a vital part of the Planning & Development Requirements team, managing the end-to-end process of Logistics Service Request (LSR) forms from submission to service offer.Being part of our team of 5 provides you with the flexibility to work from either our Bicester site or remotely between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Requirements Planner, including data collation for presentations and maintaining evolving documentation and databases.
2. Collate and analyse data to ensure efficient Logistics Service request (LSR) processing.
3. Manage Requirements Change Forms (RCFs) for new, changing, or ending service requirements.
4. Maintain and develop documentation of processesand databases created as the Requirements and the Planning & Development Team evolves
5. Issue a weekly tracker to Operations Group heads identifying outstanding Logistics Service requests
6. Assist in the development of stock placement activities
Your Skills and Experiences
7. Ideally you will have an understanding of Word and Excel (creation of reports/formulas)
8. Demonstrate the ability to work with key stakeholders using effective communication skills/tools
9. Maintain accuracy and attention to detailed when processing data
10. Process management experience would be advantageous but not essential
11. This position would provide the successful individual with the opportunity to develop and learn within the logistics environment.
