Your Duties and Responsibilities
* Sourcing and purchasing hardware products.
* Coordinating/completing regular rolling timber stock takes.
* Assisting customers.
* Assisting sales team in the preparation of quotes.
* Building and continuing to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Continually looking for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers' business.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
* A 'Customer Comes First' attitude.
* Previous experience in a timber/hardware buyer role.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to relate to people at all levels with a particular focus on understanding customer needs.
* A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member.
* Experience in the timber or building industry is preferred but not essential.
