This is a full time role, where the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. We are able to offer hybrid working for this role, which would be a mixture of home-working (3 days per week) and office (Brighton or Uckfield, 2 days per week), between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, including a 1 hour lunch break. What you'll be doing: • Support the sales ledger AFP process, including accruals • On-board new clients into the systems • Build and maintain sales ledger KPI’s, report data monthly to Revenue Management Accountant including billing variance • Identify, collate, and post all revenue accruals, note reasons for accrual and source missing information and ensure billed promptly • Build good business relationships, across the company and with clients • Resolve billing queries and respond promptly to calls • Support other team members as required – assist and support credit control and audit queries • Provide internal support for colleagues • Raise sales Invoicing, credit notes and issue statements for your clients • Multi-invoices for large clients with multiple divisions • Understand client contracts, ensure clients are invoiced in accordance with contract details • Liaise with other teams and account managers for smooth workflows across all areas, providing assistance where necessary • Act as Finance contact for your clients – contact accordingly, including suspended accounts • Process invoices, respond to requests, update balances in the accounting systems • Maintain “Crib” sheet of billing process for each clientRemote Working Disclaimer Please note we are only able to accept applications for those who reside in the UK for this remote vacancy.
