Job summary Eynsham Medical Group is a friendly, supportive and innovative training practice, providing primary care to over 16,000 patients across two sites. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our excellent existing team, however, we are open to applications from nurses who would be willing to be trained as a practice nurse. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities will include managing a diverse case load dealing with on-the-day presentations, contributing to developing the nursing services offered by the practice and working within the NMC Code of Conduct to agreed practice standards and protocols. You must be an excellent communicator, will need exceptional interpersonal and team working skills, and be capable of working independently and flexibly. The hours will ideally be worked across 3 or 4 weekdays. We can offer some flexibility with days and times as support clinics across the working week - some of these dictated by other team members availability. And occasional home visits. Please note that there may be very occasional weekend working on Saturdays (at enhanced payrate), and some home visits during the working week.
