Business Analyst - DV clearance - Digital - Agile
Essential:
1. Working to an agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.
2. Identify and implement opportunities to analyse and optimise current services and processes.
3. Use a wide range of techniques to model situations confidently and gain agreement from SMEs and stakeholders.
4. Report on system quality and collect metrics on test cases.
5. Apply a digital understanding to the work and identify and implement solutions.
6. Work innovatively and use the most appropriate tools and methods.
7. Identify issues and risks and able to analyse and report test activities and results.
8. Requirements Author experience, URD, SRD, Solution Specs, SDPs, Test & Acceptance Strategies, ideally in a Defence Capability setting.
9. Demonstrable experience working within an ITIL3 aligned Service area.
10. Experience of developing Technical Refresh documentation.
11. Experience of developing complex Service Roadmaps.
12. Requirements management experience.
Desirable:
1. Experience of working within a team that has managed Voice & Video Services.
2. Experience of working within teams that have managed Strategic Networks and Bearer Services.
3. Experience & Understanding of the difference between 'Legacy' and 'New' systems and the challenges this presents during transition, particularly for highly secure systems.
4. Ability to work with others in a high-pressure and conflicting priorities environment.
5. Ability to work in a complex environment where Security conditions and controls can be difficult to navigate.
6. Previous experience of developing systems, solutions or services that form a key element of a larger system or capability.
7. Previous military or defence background.
