Position Details:
* Permanent position
* Flexible working hours
* Office based in Derry / Londonderry
Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 + Uncapped Bonus + Progression Opportunities & 5-star Training and Development. This is an exciting position with significant growth potential.
Responsibilities:
* Undergo a tailored training program to deliver comprehensive personal lines insurance services to customers, providing knowledgeable, tailored advice on a range of products.
* Selling and cross-selling products within company-set sales targets.
* Assist customers with queries, including mid-term adjustments and renewals.
Purpose:
* Engage in inbound and outbound calls to sell and cross-sell personal lines insurance products, achieving individual and branch sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a sales role
* Insurance experience is preferred but not essential
* Effective communication skills across various media and levels
* Enthusiastic team player willing to learn and grow
