As they continue to expand, they’re looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support, assisting with exciting projects and upgrading clients' IT infrastructure. The Role As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, delivering infrastructure projects for clients, and acting as the senior escalation point. You will work across a variety of environments, providing infrastructure solutions that include servers, cloud, networks, backups, and telephony services. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering a wide range of complex rollout, refresh, and upgrade projects. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for server, network, and cloud infrastructure across multiple client sites. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Manage installations, upgrades, and migrations of client IT systems. Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, security, and high availability. Implement infrastructure solutions that meet client needs, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid setups. Assist with management & support of firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery. Document IT processes, configurations, and support procedures. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide proactive and reactive support, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Mentor and lead a 1st Line Support Engineer Technical Requirements MSP experience Windows Servers, Active Directory, and VMware (or Hyper-V) Firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks. Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (Exchange Online) VEEAM, or similar backup technologies Intune or Autopilot SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
