Part time Administrator required for our Tamworth based client. Working within a friendly team, the Office Administrator will support the Office Manager and General Manager in all administrative duties at Paddock Gear & Engineering Ltd. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 13:00, salary circa £13ph Roles & Responsibilities: Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure good cost control Raise and manage departmental purchase orders Goods receipt orders and process invoices Assist with the coordination of documents within the production environment Assist with the bookings and arrangements for machine tool service contractors Organise service reports and documentation Help to organise any relevant training (H&S etc) needed for workshop staff Support the Office Manager in maintaining H&S training records Meet and greet all visitors to the site and ensure sign in Benefits: Generous Bonus & Pension Scheme Private Medical Insurance & Dental care Employee support & perks package 22 days holiday
