Key Responsibilities Key point of contact for our customers with regard to their subscription and contract with us, Managing a monthly subscription level, maintain accurate usage levels, billing accurately and supporting our customers internally and externally to achieve their growth. Preparing renewals quotations, usage reports and notifications. Proactively communicate with existing customers to negotiate T&Cs and issue renewal contracts. Identify and initiate Up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the CRM. Manage cancellation request collaboratively with Customer Success to avoid churn. Escalate pain points to the Sales and Customer Success teams. Maintain accurate and timely information in the CRM database. Building relationships both internally and externally. Commercial experience: Negotiation of prices, contract. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Solid experience in renewals or finance role in an IT/SaaS environment. Experience with Salesforce CRM is required. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Previous exposure to upsell/upgrades is preferable. Self-motivated team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines. Netsuite & Documotion experience would be useful. Fluent/Native in English.
