We are seeking a Delivery and Innovation Lead to spearhead projects and initiatives within our Centre of Excellence. This role involves collaborating with various teams, third parties, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time. We value curiosity and fresh perspectives that can help us find innovative ways to delight our customers.
What you’ll be doing
The Delivery and Innovation Lead will serve as a role model in our team and provide senior leadership to the people working on developing new solutions as well as improving existing processes. They will be responsible for and drive the teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, using innovative technologies and agile methodologies. They will also lead and coordinate these activities to ensure alignment with other teams across the business, managing dependencies and risks for successful outcomes.
What you’ll bring
* Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP or cloud technology is beneficial as you will work closely with technical teams.
* Project Management Experience:
o Ability to develop project/product roadmaps.
o Experience in tracking and managing projects, ensuring objectives are met within set timescales and budgets.
* Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and direct project team resources, with skills in mentoring and coaching.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
* Effective Communication: Strong communication skills tailored to different situations, with experience in senior stakeholder management.
* Passion for Innovation: Proven experience in implementing innovative technology-driven solutions to solve real problems.
