As Receptionist what
you’ll be doing
* Working a 20 hours on a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and
departure
* Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs,
preparing bills and taking payments
* Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering
queries and resolving issues
* Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer
so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
* Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our
guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer-based work

Attract our
attention with your application and we’ll call you. After we speak on the
phone you can expect a friendly invite to spend an hour or two on a Team
Insight with your chosen department – Ask all your questions and we will ask
you a few too. If all goes well, you may just become part of the team!
