Account Manager / Richmond, UK (Hybrid) / £30,000 - £40,000 commission My client, a leading marketplace platform, is looking for an Account Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will be building client relationships by regularly speaking to your accounts on a structured call cycle to run through campaign performance and work closely against revenue and KPI targets. Role and responsibilities: Building client relationships to ensure returned business Responsible for several accounts to guarantee each client is getting the best advertising solutions Become an expert for your account base on their products and solutions Use the data to highlight value with your accounts to help the retention and growth of each account in your account base Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Negotiating deals and upselling/cross selling products Experience and expertise: Previous experience in Account Management, preferably with a high volume of SME accounts Confidence and capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers Be an analytical thinker, have the ability to analyse data Target driven and results orientated Package: £30,0000 - £40,000 commission Pension scheme – up to 9% employer contribution Private healthcare insurance 25 days holiday increasing with service
