This Senior Marketing Manager role is a rare opportunity to build our client’s marketing function from the ground up with the opportunity to create and manage a high performing marketing team in the future!
This role is perfectly suited to existing life science Marketing Managers with a hands-on approach and track record of introducing new products to market and creating & executing winning marketing campaigns!
The role of Senior Marketing Manager – Life Sciences:
* Develop the marketing plan to create brand awareness and generate MQLs to drive sales
* Implement the marketing plan, both hands-on and together with external agencies
* Define, execute and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns
* Manage the social media channels of the company
* Oversee and support the creation of content, including whitepapers, blogs, videos and webinars
* Data-driven analysis of marketing performance and continuous fine-tuning of the marketing plan
The requirements of the Senior Marketing Manager – Life Sciences:
* Circa 5+ years’ experience in life science marketing as a Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role with a track record of successfully introducing new life science products to market
* Ideally you will have already worked in a hands-on life science start up environment or have the motivation & skill set to thrive in an exciting high growth company
* Minimum MSc. in biology, biochemistry, or other life science related field (PhD preferred)
* Successfully planned, executed, and analyzed marketing campaigns
* Experience with digital marketing, including SEO
* Experience managing internal and external teams (i.e. agencies)
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
* Expert knowledge of marketing tools such as Hubspot or similar
* Willing to travel 25% within UK and EU
