About the Role As an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to ensure their clients and colleagues receive a high-quality experience. Key responsibilities include: Preparing client meeting documents and maintaining accurate client records. Managing Letters of Authority (LOA) processes and submitting new business applications. Processing fund switches, Bed & ISAs, and handling general administrative tasks. Monitoring workflows and managing tasks in our back-office systems. Liaising with clients, providers, and contractors via phone, email, and in person. Maintaining high professional standards in office organization and client service. Your role will also involve supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
