Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager 40 hours per week GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 per annum depending on experience Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager for a local family owned independent company. This role is office based in the High Wycombe area. The main responsibilities of the Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager are: · Management of the Estimating team including any training requirements for new and existing estimators. · Seek new opportunities and clients. · Support existing clients to ensure repeat business. · Work alongside the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies. · Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. · Undertake sales/estimating site surveys on projects and hand information to the estimators for quoting. · Ensure accuracy of quotations and adhere to company pricing structures and margins. · Attend pre-contract meetings and undertake any presentations. · Manage project pipeline and provide regular comprehensive sales reports to the Commercial Director. · Utilise the CRM platform for recording project related information. · Consider and develop any future CRM and estimating software packages to be used by the estimating team. · Chase through quoted projects and undertake negotiations to help estimators with conversion to orders. · Review contract documents to ensure contract particulars reflect the details on the quotation. · Undertake project handover meetings to the Operations team.
