What skills and experience we're looking for
Newlyn School are looking for a warm and positive person to join our fantastic team. We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our administration team, working alongside a team of senior leadership and administration colleagues to support the effective running of our School. We are very proud to be a growing school, with a thriving Nursery and Pre-School as well as a host of teaching and non-teaching staff who are loyal to our community and hugely supportive of each other.
Our busy School provides joy to the whole school community, serving over 100 meals a day. We are proud to also offer breakfast club, daily wrap around care as well as hosting a weekly Baby and Toddler group ‘Little Paddlers’. Furthermore, we support our children and community by hosting a wonderful provision of extra-curricular clubs to enthuse and inspire our children to be the best they can be. Holiday clubs are also a feature of our summer provision. The introduction of this initiative last year was a huge success and we look forward to repeating that this year.
The appointed candidate will be positive, flexible and willing to engage with all team members and work in collaboration will all staff members ensuring the care and provision for our children is the very best. It is desirable to have had experience in working in school environments previously, being organised, proactive and forward thinking to support a thriving and exciting school environment.
