Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a fantastic production company who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their busy team in Newry. The Role: Manage the daily operations of the Customer Service Department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Evaluate and implement industry-specific processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in the food production sector Guarantee accurate processing of all orders before the daily cut-off, meeting production and delivery timelines Lead the team to deliver professional, friendly, and responsive service that addresses customer needs effectively Resolve customer complaints promptly, accurately tracking and addressing issues while implementing practical solutions Train new team members through a structured onboarding program, ensuring they grasp industry-specific processes and standards Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and setting attainable goals in line with business objectives Oversee special orders or unique customer requirements, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule from initial request to final delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their specific needs are met and expectations are surpassed Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to align customer requirements with production capabilities and schedules The Candidate: Experience within food manufacturing/FMCG preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to lead a team and establish solid customer relationships.
