BREEAM Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent environmental consultancy that provides expert energy and sustainability services to the built environment industry. They are on the lookout for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team and take the lead on numerous BREEAM-related construction projects.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification.
* Contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure compliance with UK building legislations and standards.
* Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to minimize the environmental impacts of projects.
* Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements.
* Lead on current projects as well as secure new projects for the company.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* 2 years’ experience in a relevant role within the construction industry delivering BREEAM assessments throughout all stages of a project.
* BREEAM Assessor qualification such as the BREEAM AP or New Construction qualification.
* Experience delivering BREEAM refurbishment or fit-out assessments is beneficial.
* Experience leading BREEAM projects independently is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
