Salary and Benefits

Job Description
As a Funeral Arranger, you will be responsible for supporting clients by organizing family visits and answering guest questions. You will also ensure all regulated work, such as selling and advising on funeral plans, is referred to a certified colleague.
You will build positive relationships in the local community, hold the fort at the funeral home, and support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and admin skills, strong attention to detail, and high levels of empathy, discretion, and care. No previous experience is necessary, as we provide full training and ongoing support.
