The successful candidate will have a passion for modern cuisine, a sharp eye for quality, and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include working closely with the senior culinary team to develop a great work relationship, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, and contributing to menu development by bringing creative ideas and feedback on dishes.
