Customer Service Operations Specialist to work hybrid with my client based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively both internally and externally. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sound understanding of various systems and processes, and a high degree of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as a member of a multi-skilled team within the Customer Service Operations department.
Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.
Operate within various systems and processes, including SAP, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate excellent Excel and analytical skills to manage and interpret data.
Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or operations role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Language proficiency may be required for this role.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
