An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Goods Distribution Centre, recruiting a Porter - GDC to join the friendly team at Clatterbridge Hospital.
The role involves a full range of storekeeping and distribution duties, including associated record keeping, utilisation of mechanical handling equipment and driving vehicles throughout Wirral hospital Trust Stores and Distribution Centres in accordance with agreed Policies and Procedures.
To work as part of the team, in providing a cost effective and efficient Store / Distribution service to all Wards and Departments across Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
Ensuring the smooth procurement process of all Stock and Non-stock receipts / issues to all disciplines within the WUTH customer base.

If successful in this role, there is a requirement for you to have a standard DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and then deducted from your salary over a period of 3 month.
