Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to take on a new challenge with a company that's growing rapidly and thinking ahead? If you're looking for your next big move, now is the perfect time to join Chartway Partnerships!
At Chartway Partnerships Group, we're leading the way in the Southeast as a land-led housebuilder, focused on creating vibrant new homes and communities. We work closely with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers to bring these projects to life. With eight subsidiaries and ambitious plans, we're on an exciting growth trajectory.
Right now, we're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Site Manager to take charge of a complex and fascinating project in Kent. This high-profile scheme involves a “cut & carve” transformation of a listed building into residential properties - a rewarding challenge that's perfect for an experienced leader like you.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of the project, ensuring its successful delivery from start to finish. You'll manage all aspects of site-based activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You'll oversee the programme, budget, quality, and customer service aspects, keeping everything on track and to the highest standard.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll review project plans, preliminary budgets, and timelines, making sure health and safety is a top priority. You'll lead the site team and third parties, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of completed units to sales, customers, and clients. Your ability to inspire and motivate the team will be key to achieving the project's objectives.
What We're Looking For:
We want passionate, driven individuals who are ready to do their best work and help grow our business. At Chartway Partnerships, we live by our values: Quality, Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Sustainability - and we're looking for people who share these values. You'll have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams on new build housing developments. Your excellent communication, delegation, and management skills will be crucial, along with a solid knowledge of construction and project management. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to hit deadlines are essential.
What's in It for You:
In return, we offer a competitive salary, pension contributions, life assurance, and a Leading Benefits Package. At Chartway Partnerships, we're passionate about our people. We heavily invest in training and development, offering clear career progression for those who are ready to grow with us.
