Fantastic Opportunity to join our ever-expanding organisation based in the City Centre location, just a few minutes from all public transport links. We are looking for ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Executive's to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Key responsibilities:
1. Cultivating, influencing and securing sales with SME customers directly through a combination of self-generated leads, warmed up data and opportunities.
2. Understanding of the tariff options available.
3. Identify customer requirements and demonstrate strong account management skills to drive good customer experience and closure.
4. Manage sales pipelines effectively to ensure targets are achieved.
5. Liaise with colleagues to develop comprehensive strategies to attain renewal customers.
6. Maintain effective communication with existing customers to enhance renewal opportunities and maximise upsell potential.
7. Handle a wide range of complex written and/or verbal enquiries, complaints and requests for advice as and when necessary.
8. Identify trends in customer issues, alerting line manager with proposals for improvement.
9. Respond to incoming telephone calls, identifying customer requirements by providing a polite, professional and accurate response in line with agreed service standards.
Role requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales to direct customers is essential.
2. Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
3. Good knowledge and experience of customer objection handling.
4. Strength in problem solving with the ability to work in a target-driven work environment.
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Goal oriented with a passion for driving business growth.

Shifts: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm (Office Based).
