AC Fashion Design Limited is seeking a dynamic and organised Account Executive to join our thriving Commercial Team. As a rapidly expanding organisation specialising in fashion, homeware, and toys, we collaborate with renowned retailers like Next and Primark and hold licenses for major brands such as Disney.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities
1. Account Management
1. Act as a point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely response to client enquiries & requests.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams, including our Shanghai based merchandising team.
2. Data Management
1. Collect & analyse data and prepare and distribute reports, presentations and other materials.
2. Maintain accurate and up to date client records and documentation.
3. Monitor and track project timelines ensuring deadlines are being met.
3. Sample Management & Sample Development Coordination
1. Collaborate with cross functional teams, to ensure smooth and timely execution of client product development requests.
2. Coordinate and prioritise client requests, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Meeting Preparation
1. Prepare samples and presentations for client meetings, either in the office or for the business development team to take to clients.
2. Follow up on delegated actions from meetings.
5. Market Research
1. Conduct regular online research on existing clients in terms of product offer and price - organising feedback to be useful and accessible for the business development and design teams.
2. Conduct competitive shopping and reports focusing on potential customers' product ranges and prices.
Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in a business or marketing or related field desirable but not mandatory.
* Proven experience in account coordinator, account executive role, ideally working for a supplier to the retail sector.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
