Logistics Administrator x 2 roles
Salary: £26,000k + excellent benefits
Role: Full Time Permanent - Monday - Friday
Location: Stockton - Teesside
Sector: Shipping, import, export & UK road
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large European organisation in a Logistics Administrator role, providing support to the logistics team. This is a new additional role, and you will be able to add real value to the FMCG organisation.
Role Information:
1. To provide administration operational support to customers in the UK and Europe.
2. Account Coordination and communication, shipping, import, export & UK road.
3. Plan, book, record and confirm all appropriate transport arrangements.
4. Operate the computer traffic system ensuring accurate data input, regularly checking and updating confirmations, transactions, and orders.
5. Liaise with shipping agents & freight forwarders supplying them with clear and detailed instructions.
6. Arrange additional resource or alternative options to effectively cover all operational activity.
Experience:
1. Logistics experience.
2. FMCG.
3. Familiar with using Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills.
