Job Description
Duration - 3 months
* Manages complex and escalated Employee Relations (ER) cases across the UK&I business with minimal supervision.
* Conducts ER surgeries with line managers, offering advice and guidance on managing people processes such as capability, probation, and attendance.
* Supports ER colleagues in handling medium to large change projects, including unique and pooled redundancy projects, overseeing the entire process from consultation to delivery, and providing necessary documentation and manager training.
* Conducts data reviews and redaction for Employee Subject Access Request (DSAR) to ensure compliance with processes and deliver relevant information to colleagues within established timeframes.
