Head of Physical Education Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, development, and delivery of a well-sequenced and inclusive PE curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5.
2. Drive exceptional progress and outcomes for all student groups within the department, ensuring achievement is closely monitored and areas for development are addressed.
3. Mentor and support teachers in the PE team, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
