Built by a team of ex-Uber, WeWork and Amazon builders, Natter has selectively hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members. They are now looking for an additional team hire: a Product Manager.
Natter is already being used by some of the world's largest companies, ranging from big four consultancies like PwC, institutional financial services providers like Legal and General, to technology innovators like Miro.

Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to, literally, have a say on the most important decisions - ranging from workplace strategy to new product offerings.
Hybrid (Office in Aldwych, Central London, UK)
Product Manager Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Natter, you will:
1. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your ownership area: from discovery through delivery and iterations
2. Collaborate with world-class engineering and design team to scope and ship high-impact features
3. Talk to users regularly to gather insights and validate assumptions
4. Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
5. Define and prioritize the roadmap in alignment with company goals
6. Help shape a product culture that's fast, data-informed, and customer-centric
7. Augment and execute a robust process for engineering execution of the Product Roadmap
8. Collaborate with the VP Product & Founders to further refine product vision, strategies and roadmaps
We'd love to hear from you if...
1. 5+ years product management at a tech company or startup
2. Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
3. Displaying effective leadership, organisational and execution skill
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you'll work across functions daily
5. Ability to think strategically while sweating the details
6. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
7. Passion for solving real problems for real users
Desirable
1. Experience in enterprise SaaS
2. Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritisation and pre/post-launch execution
3. Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
