Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled technicians and contractors, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. Assist the Engineering Manager in enhancing the skills and abilities of team members through training and mentorship. Plan and prioritise tasks on plant equipment to meet operational demands and minimise downtime. Diagnose and resolve faults on machinery and equipment to restore functionality promptly. Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all site equipment to reduce unplanned downtime and improve reliability. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify failure causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence, improving plant efficiency. Identify potential faults and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency. Requirements Our essential requirements. Level 3 Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Highly knowledgeable in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance.
