All the above posts are on a 2 week rota which includes every other weekend working and some public holiday working.
We require caring and motivated staff to join our team at Redfield Lodge.
You will work with people who are physically frail and also have mental health needs/Dementia; you will demonstrate the ability to provide personal care to a high standard, in a way that helps people maintain their independence and dignity.
Previous experience of working in a care setting is an advantage, and a NVQ2 or QCF 2 in care is also desirable, or a willingness to undertake relevant training.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
