We are an international lifestyle and action sports licensee, distributor, and manufacturer with over 40 years of heritage and experience and are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Artworker to join us. Joining our Marketing team, you will work closely alongside our Creative Manager and Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires the creation of branded artwork across multiple formats together with digital image processing, adhering to strict brand guidelines and processes. You should be passionate about branding, be fanatical about detail, and have strong commercial sensibilities. An interest in the action sports industry would be a great addition.
What will I be accountable for?
* Taking pre-existing styles and artwork and producing full asset packs for both print and digital.
* Amending existing artwork.
* Ad hoc digital processing of studio and photoshoot imagery.
* Supporting trade with tailored artwork production.
* Attending weekly team meetings.
* Sharing best practices with colleagues.
* Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
Person Profile:
* Be able to manage your workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to follow processes and work to defined brand guidelines.
* Ability to stay calm and focused when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Great communication skills.
* Passion and/or knowledge of the action sports industry.
Education and Experience:
* Your portfolio should demonstrate excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with first-hand professional experience of Photoshop picture editing.
* Experience in a similar role, with good layout and retouching skills would be an advantage.
* Competency in HTML/CSS would be an advantage.
* Experience in moving image is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of Excel preferred but not essential.
