The role:
The Strategy Consultant will contribute analytical expertise to high-impact projects in international companies, working closely with senior management and clients to gather, analyse, and present information. This role offers significant opportunities for personal growth, exposure to entrepreneurial CXO-level clients, and the chance to enhance the firm's service portfolio and intellectual capital.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years’ experience at an established strategy consultancy.
* Ideally some project experience in organisational change: org design/ operating model/ workforce transformation.
* It is a bonus if you speak French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
