Finance Administrator
Glengormley (BT36)
Salary c. £26K - £28K DOE
We are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Finance Administrator who can join their team within one of Europe's leading suppliers of logistical services.
Main Responsibilities:
· Customer Invoicing
· Proof of Delivery (POD’s) management
· Key Performance indicators production and reporting
· Supplier invoice Processing
· Basic Weekly Payroll information gathering including data input on Excel
· Other Finance / Admin duties as required.
Eligibility criteria:
· Recent experience working as part of a busy accounts team
· Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages
· Strong IT Skills - with a high level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
· Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
· Strong planning and organising skills
· Good numeracy and time management skills
· Excellent attention detail
