What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the diverse needs of our young people
2. Collaborate with educational and residential teams to create clinically informed environments
3. Provide training, support, and consultation to school staff and care teams to enrich the care and education of the children
4. Engage with the children and young people to promote a positive change and support their personal development
5. Work flexibly across two key locations, with options for part-time work focused solely on the Sandwell site
